Dill weed/Soya (سویا, شبت، سوا، سوئی) also known as Anethum Graveolens Linn, is a unique perennial herb with pleasant anise-like flavor. Its sprigs (leaves) as well as seeds are employed as seasoning in various cuisines worldwide.
