Milk Thistle – 250 gm – Ount Kattara – اونٹ کٹارا

Milk thistle/Ount Kattara (اونٹ کٹارا) also is known as Blessed thistle and Silybum Marianum. It is native to Europe and Asia but now grows wild in North and South America. The plant is has large, prickly leaves. When broken, the leaves and stems exude a milky sap. The roasted seeds were used as a coffee substitute.
